Mid-Month Dealing Day definition
Mid-Month Dealing Day means the third Wednesday of each calendar month or, if any such day is not a Programme Business Day, the next following Programme Business Day shall be designated as the Mid- Month Dealing Day.
Mid-Month Dealing Day. ’ means the third Wednesday of each calendar month and/or such other day(s) as the Directors may determine in their absolute discretion provided that, if any such day is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day shall be designated as the Mid-Month Dealing Day.
