Milestone Completion Certificate means a certificate setting forth the Milestone to which the Milestone Completion Certificate relates, and setting forth in reasonable detail the basis on which Seller believes that Milestone Completion for such Milestone has been achieved, and including any supporting materials, documents and calculations, and the results of all testing, in each case to the extent reasonably necessary to support that Milestone Completion for such Milestone has been achieved, notwithstanding that any Defects or Deficiencies may later be discovered and shall be corrected as permitted by this Agreement.

Related to Milestone Completion Certificate

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.

  • Completion Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer-In- Charge when the work/s has been completed to his satisfaction as per terms of the contract.
