Milestone Period definition

Milestone Period means the period between the start of this Grant Funding Agreement and the first Milestone, or between any previous and subsequent Milestone set out in Annex 3, as applicable; Northern Ireland Protocol means the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland in the EU withdrawal agreement; Party means the Authority or Grant Recipient and Parties shall be each Party together;

Milestone Period means the Clinical Trial Milestone Period and/or the Regulatory Approval Milestone Period, as applicable.

Milestone Period means the period commencing as of the date of this Agreement and ending 11:59 p.m., Eastern time, on December 31, 2019.

Examples of Milestone Period in a sentence

• This Agreement shall be terminated and of no force or effect, and the parties hereto shall have no liability hereunder (other than to the extent of any obligations which expressly survive or provide for performance following termination), upon the earlier to occur of (a) the payment of all Milestone Payments and (b) the expiration of the Milestone Period.

• In the event that this Agreement is terminated in its entirety before the end of the Milestone Period, the Parties will enter into an assignment and assumption agreement substantially on the terms of the Assignment and Assumption Agreement (mutatis mutandis), under which Vir would assign to Sanofi and Sanofi would assume from Vir all of the rights assumed by Vir under the Assignment and Assumption Agreement.

• After the Milestone Period, Vir shall deliver to Sanofi an annual Development report within [***] after the end of each Calendar Year, which report will contain (a) a summary of completed and planned Development activities during the reporting period, and (b) anticipated timing of achievement of each Development and Regulatory Milestone Event, to the extent not already achieved.

More Definitions of Milestone Period

Milestone Period means the date beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the ten (10) year anniversary of such date.

Milestone Period means (a) with respect to Milestone 1, the period commencing on the date of the First Commercial Sale and ending on the Milestone 1 Deadline Date and (b) with respect to Milestone 2, the period commencing on the date of the First Commercial Sale and ending on the Milestone 2 Deadline Date.

Milestone Period means the EU Milestone Period and the US Milestone Period, as applicable.
