Minimum Aggregate Value definition
Minimum Aggregate Value means the sum of (I) ----------------------- $35,000,000.00, plus (II) the aggregate consideration (determined pursuant to subsection 5(e)(v) below) for any and all issuances (or deemed issuances) of Additional Shares of Common Stock that occur after the Original Issue Date.
