Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) definition

Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) means the absolute amount to be computed as follows:
Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit E.
Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) means the minimum Concession Fee payable to the City.

  • Effective on the Commencement Date or first day of operation and continuing thereafter, Concessionaire shall pay Percentage Rent to the Board as set forth in Article 1 based on Concessionaire's Gross Receipts, subject to a Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) as set forth in Article 1, and as further provided below.

  • Monthly Rent shall be the greater of one-twelfth (1/12) of the Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) or Percentage Rent, as shown in Exhibit D, based on Gross Revenue for the subject month or the adjusted amount as required under Section 4.

Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) means $75,000 for IAH; $36,000 for HOU for the period of time beginning on the Effective Date and ending at 12:01 A.M. on the day before the one year anniversary date of the Effective Date. Thereafter, Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) means for each successive Agreement year the greater of $75,000 for IAH; $36,000 for HOU or ten percent (10%) of the Percentage Fee paid to HAS for the immediately preceding Agreement year.
