Minimum Ba3/BB- Level Ratings means ratings that are less favorable than (i) a Moody’s Rating of “Baa3” and (ii) a Standard & Poor’s Rating of “BBB-” , but not less favorable than (i) a Moody's Rating of “Ba3” and (ii) Standard & Poor's Rating of “BB-.”
