Minimum Daily Quantity definition

Minimum Daily Quantity means for any shipper the Minimum Daily Quantity set out on such shipper’s bid;
Minimum Daily Quantity means for any Customer the Minimum Daily Quantity set out on such Customer’s bid;

More Definitions of Minimum Daily Quantity

Minimum Daily Quantity means the minimum quantity of gas that Customer must Request and Nominate for delivery on any Gas Day at that point, and the minimum quantity of gas that Wild Goose Nominate for delivery on any Gas Day, at the Service Commencement Point or the Service Termination Point, as the case may be, all as stipulated in the Appendix STS evidencing the Transaction entered into by the Parties; and, when used in relation to any part of any Gas Day, means a fraction of such quantity that is equal to the ratio of such part of
