Minimum Exploration Work Programme definition

Minimum Exploration Work Programme means the Exploration work to which Contractor has committed itself for each phase of the Exploration Period in accordance with Article 7.
Minimum Exploration Work Programme means the work programme specified in Article 11.

Examples of Minimum Exploration Work Programme in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall not be released of its work and financial obligations under this Agreement if it fails to carry out the Minimum Exploration Work Programme to the Minister’s satisfaction.

  • The Minister may deny approval of the Work Programmes if the Contractor (i) does not comply with the Minimum Exploration Work Programme, or the additional commitments made for the Appraisal Period and, or Retention Period; (ii) the Work Programme submitted during the Development Period modifies the Development Plan, and (iii) the Work Plan does not comply with Best International Industry Standards and Practices.

  • During the Exploration Period, the Work Programmes shall comply with the Minimum Exploration Work Programme, and the Exploration Plan, and during any Development Period, the Work Programmes shall comply with the relevant Development Plan.

  • The renewal of the Petroleum Exploration Licence is subject to the Contractor having fulfilled the Minimum Exploration Work Programme specified in Article 11.2 to the satisfaction of the Minister and relinquishment of areas pursuant to Article 9.

  • The Exploration Plan shall provide for, at minimum, the performance of all of the activities provided for in the Minimum Exploration Work Programme and set out the Petroleum Operations and estimated expenditure that Contractor proposes to undertake during the term of the Petroleum Exploration Licence.

  • Approval of changes to the approved Work Programmes is at the discretion of the Minister upon satisfaction that the amended Work Programme complies with applicable laws, the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the Minimum Exploration Work Programme, the Exploration Plan and, as the case may be, the Development Plan), the Environmental and Safety Management System and Best International Industry Standards and Practices.

  • The third renewal of the Petroleum Exploration Licence is subject to the Contractor having fulfilled the Minimum Exploration Work Programme specified in Article 11.4 to the satisfaction of the Minister and relinquishment of areas pursuant to Article 9.

  • In the event the Contractor desires to relinquish its rights hereunder in the whole of the Contract Area without having fulfilled all accrued Minimum Exploration Work Programme under Article 5, it shall pay to ZPRA, prior to the date of such proposed total relinquishment, the sum equal to the remaining amount of the non-discharged guarantees corresponding to such accrued, but unfulfilled work obligations.

  • The Contractor may request such renewal only if it: (i) has fully complied with the Minimum Exploration Work Programme required for the Exploration Period in question specified in Article 11 of this Agreement, (ii) agrees to perform Minimum Exploration Work Programme related to the respective renewal period in accordance with Article 11 and (iii) is not in default of the Licence or petroleum agreement.

  • This period can be extended for up to 10 years.The model agreement defines the company’s obligations in terms of Minimum Exploration Work Programme, protection of the environment, health and safety and decommissioning.

Related to Minimum Exploration Work Programme

  • Work Programme means the document adopted by the Commission for the implementation of the specific programme28 in accordance with its Article 12 or the equivalent document in content and structure adopted by a funding body.

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.

  • Exploration Operations means any operations carried out for or in connection with the exploration for minerals, and includes -

  • Annual Work Plan means each work plan approved by the Association under Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for inclusion in the Project.

  • Work Program means a program of work reasonably acceptable to both parties in respect of a particular Property, contained in a written document setting out in reasonable detail; (i) An outline of the Mining Operations proposed to be undertaken and conducted on the Property, specifically stating the period of time during which the work contemplated by the proposed program is to be done and performed; (ii) The estimated cost of such Mining Operations including a proposed budget providing for estimated monthly cash requirements in advance and giving reasonable details; and (iii) The identity and credentials of the person or persons undertaking the Mining Operations so proposed if not the Optionor, reasonably acceptable to both parties hereto.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • exploration area means that part of the Area allocated to the Contractor for exploration, described in schedule 1 hereto, as the same may be reduced from time to time in accordance with this contract and the Regulations;

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Exploration Well means a well that is not a development well, a service well or a stratigraphic test well.

  • Work Progress Schedule means the continually updated time schedule prepared and monitored by Contractor that accurately indicates all necessary appropriate revisions as required by the conditions of the Work and the Project while maintaining a concise comparison to the Baseline Schedule.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Exploratory Well means a well that is not a development well, a service well or a stratigraphic test well.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Exploration means all activities directed toward ascertaining the existence, location, quantity, quality or commercial value of deposits of Products.

  • Annual Business Plan means the development plan and budget report for Party B’s Business in the next calendar year which is prepared by Party B with the assistance of Party A pursuant to this Agreement before November 30 of each year.

  • Feasibility Study means the evaluation and analysis of the potential of a project, which aims at supporting the process of decision-making by objectively and rationally uncovering its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as identifying the resources required to carry it through and ultimately its prospects for success;

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • the LA area means the area in respect of which is the local authority.

  • Work Products are defined as all materials, tangible or not, created in whatever medium pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation publications, promotional or educational materials, reports, manuals, specifications, drawings and sketches, computer programs, software and databases, schematics, marks, logos, graphic designs, notes, matters and combinations thereof, and all forms of intellectual property.
