Minimum Initial. Cession: None. The Ceding Company will retain up to an additional [percentage] over its maximum retention in order to avoid trivial amounts of reinsurance.

The Ceding Company will promptly notify the Reinsurer of any proposed material changes in its international client guidelines. This Agreement will not extend to policies issued pursuant to such changes unless the Reinsurer has consented in writing to accept policies subject to such changes. For all purposes of this chapter, the minimum investment may include amounts expended by a sponsor or sponsor affiliate as a nonresponsible party in a voluntary cleanup contract on the property pursuant to Article 7, Chapter 56, Title 44, the Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program, if the Department of Health and Environmental Control certifies completion of the cleanup. If the amounts under the Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program equal at least one million dollars, the investment threshold requirement of this chapter is deemed to have been met.

  • Minimum Term means the minimum initial period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use.
