Minimum Insurance Requirements definition

Minimum Insurance Requirements means the insurance requirements outlined in Annex 4 attached to this Agreement.
Minimum Insurance Requirements. Contractor shall procure and maintain for the duration of the contract insurance against claims for injuries or death to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder and the results of that work by the Contractor, his agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. Coverage - Coverage shall be at least as broad as the following:
Minimum Insurance Requirements means the minimum amount of Professional Liability and/or Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance that the Underwriters require the Named Insured's Design Professionals and Contractors to maintain as set forth in Item 8. of the Declarations.
