Minimum Liquidity Level definition

Minimum Liquidity Level means, as of any Valuation Date, an aggregate Market Value of the Corporation's Dividend Coverage Assets not less than the Dividend Coverage Amount.
Minimum Liquidity Level has the meaning set forth in paragraph 9 of this Part I.

  • The calculations of the Dividend Coverage Assets, the Dividend Coverage Amount and whether the Minimum Liquidity Level is met shall be set forth in a certificate (a "Certificate of Minimum Liquidity") dated as of the Valuation Date.

Minimum Liquidity Level means as of the end of any fiscal year, an amount equal to (i) the aggregate amount of cash and Temporary Cash Investments of the Company on such date and (ii) the aggregate amount of the unused revolving credit loan commitments available to be drawn under the Senior Secured Credit Facilities on such date.
