Minimum Liquidity Level definition

Minimum Liquidity Level means, as of any Valuation Date, an aggregate Market Value of the Corporation's Dividend Coverage Assets not less than the Dividend Coverage Amount.

Minimum Liquidity Level has the meaning set forth in paragraph 9 of this Part I.

• In the event that a Certificate of Minimum Liquidity is not delivered to S&P when required, the Minimum Liquidity Level shall be deemed not to have been met as of the applicable date.

• If, as of each Valuation Date, the Fund does not have the required Dividend Coverage Assets, the Fund shall, as soon as practicable, adjust its portfolio in order to meet the Minimum Liquidity Level, but only if S&P is then rating the shares of MuniPreferred.

More Definitions of Minimum Liquidity Level

Minimum Liquidity Level means as of the end of any fiscal year, an amount equal to (i) the aggregate amount of cash and Temporary Cash Investments of the Company on such date and (ii) the aggregate amount of the unused revolving credit loan commitments available to be drawn under the Senior Secured Credit Facilities on such date.
