Minimum Net Working Capital Amount definition

Minimum Net Working Capital Amount means $75,000 plus the aggregate Option Exercise Price (and for greater clarity, the Withholding Amount shall not be deducted from the aggregate exercise price).
Minimum Net Working Capital Amount means $31,000,000.
