Examples of Minimum Performance Specifications in a sentence

  • If the Service Provider fails to provide the Service Provider Service in accordance with the Minimum Performance Specifications set out in Appendix 1 it shall immediately inform NBI of such failure and take all steps necessary to ensure the performance specifications are met within 5 (five) Working Days after the failure was identified.

  • Any such outage shall be deemed to have ended upon the earlier to occur of (i) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ resumption of use of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capacity and (ii) notice by LORAL to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ that the affected ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capacity and Gateway Service meet the applicable Minimum Performance Specifications.

  • For the purpose of determining a Confirmed Outage of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capacity, when a portion or all of the Gateway Service fails to meet its Minimum Performance Specifications, that portion of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capacity associated with and affected by the failed Gateway Service is deemed to be unavailable and counting towards outage time of the affected ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capacity.
