Minimum Pharmacophore definition
Minimum Pharmacophore means the minimum chemical structure (i.e., pharmacophore) that is responsible for the ability of a compound described in paragraph (a) or (b) above, or the ability of a starting compound described in clause (i) of paragraph (c) or clause (i) of paragraph (d) above, to target and bind to the same GPCR from which the applicable Qualified Structure was obtained or another GPCR of the same subtype.
