Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume definition

Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume means (i) an aggregate volume of 912,500 Barrels of Products per Month throughput between the Marine Terminal and the Wilmington Refinery or any other destination designated by Customer from the Commencement Date through December 31, 2014, or (ii) an aggregate volume of 1,520,833 Barrels of Products per Month throughput between the Marine Terminal and the Wilmington Refinery or any other destination designated by Customer from January 1, 2015 through the expiration or termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that all volumes of Product throughput between the Marine Terminal and the Wilmington Refinery or any other destination designated by Customer will be applied towards the Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume and provided, further, however, that the Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume during the Month in which the Commencement Date occurs shall be prorated in accordance with the ratio of the number of days, including and following the Commencement Date, in such Month to the total number of days in such Month.

  • If the Minimum Marine Throughput Volume and/or the Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume are not met, then Customer shall receive a “Shortfall Credit” calculated as the difference between actual total volumes received during such Month and the Minimum Marine Throughput Volume and/or the Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume multiplied by the sum of the MTVF and/or the Pipeline Use Fee, each on a per Barrel basis.

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Water quality volume means the volume equal to the first one-half inch of runoff multiplied by the impervious surface of the land development project.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum means a number of shares of Common Stock traded on the Principal Market during normal trading hours on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to: (i) the VWAP Purchase Share Estimate, divided by (ii) the VWAP Purchase Share Percentage (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).
