Minimum Player Salary definition

Minimum Player Salary means (i) with respect to a Player Contract that covers the entire Regular Season, the Minimum Annual Salary called for under Article V, Section 7; (ii) with respect to a Rest-of-Season Contract, the Minimum Annual Salary called for under Article V, Section 7, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days remaining in the WNBA Regular Season as of the date such Rest-of-Season Contract is entered into, and the denominator of which is the total number of days of that Regular Season;
Minimum Player Salary means: (i) with respect to a Contract (other than a Two-Way Contract) that covers the entire Regular Season, the Minimum Annual Salary called for under Article II, Section 6(a); (ii) with respect to a Contract that covers less than the entire Regular Season (other than a Two-Way Contract or 10-Day Contract), the Minimum Annual Salary called for under Article II, Section 6(a) multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days remaining in the NBA Regular Season as of the date such Contract is entered into, and the denominator of which is the total number of days of that NBA Regular Season; and (iii) with respect to a 10-Day Contract, the Minimum Annual Salary called for under Article II, Section 6(a) multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days covered by the Contract and the denominator of which is the total number of days of that NBA Regular Season.
Minimum Player Salary means: (i) with respect to a Contract that covers the entire Regular Season, the Minimum Annual Salary called for under Article II, Section 6(a); (ii) with respect to a Rest-of-Season Contract, the Minimum Annual Salary called for under Article II, Section 6(a) multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days remaining in the NBA Regular Season as of the date such Rest-of-Season Contract is entered into, and the denominator of which is the total number of days of that NBA Regular Season; and (iii) with respect to a 10-Day Contract, the Minimum Annual Salary called for under Article II, Section 6(a) multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days covered by the Contract and the denominator of which is the total number of days of that NBA Regular Season.

Examples of Minimum Player Salary in a sentence

  • Every Two-Way Contract shall provide the Team with an option to convert the Two-Way Contract during its term to a Contract that is not a Two-Way Contract (“Standard NBA Contract”) that provides for a Salary for each Salary Cap Year equal to the player’s applicable Minimum Player Salary and a term equal to the remainder of the original term of the Two-Way Contract beginning on the date such option is exercised (“Standard NBA Contract Conversion Option”).

  • The Minimum Player Salary Advance Limit for a Season shall equal the lesser of (i) eighty percent (80%) of the amount of the player’s Compensation for such Season that is protected for lack of skill and injury or illness, or (ii) seven and one half percent (7.5%) of the player’s Base Compensation for such Season.

  • Such player’s applicable Minimum Player Salary shall be determined in accordance with Section 6 above.

Related to Minimum Player Salary

  • Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Basic Salary shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5 of this Agreement.

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one (1) day prior to the Change of Control; and (ii) the average of the Incentive Bonus paid (or payable) for the three (3) most recently completed fiscal years of the Company.

  • Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • Salary as defined in Section 3.1(a).

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by the Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the services of Construction Manager’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by the Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Construction Manager’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Construction Manager for services performed for the Project.

  • total earnings means all of the dentist's gross earnings from the practice of dentistry by him in person, and "NHS earnings" means the dentist's gross earnings from the provision by him in person of general dental services under the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, as amended, including where the dentist's name is included in sub-part A of the first part, or Part A prior to 2 July 2010, of two or more dental lists in Scotland, but neither his total earnings nor his NHS earnings shall be taken to include any remuneration by way of salary;

  • Target Bonus has the meaning described in Section 4(b).
