Minimum prevailing wage rates definition
Minimum prevailing wage rates means the wages paid, generally, in the county in which the public works are being performed, to workmen engaged in work of a similar character. In determining minimum prevailing wage rates, the department will follow the procedures established in Regulation 010.14-202 herein;
