Minimum Quarterly Distributions definition

Minimum Quarterly Distributions has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • In the event of a distribution that is deemed to be from Capital Surplus, the then applicable Minimum Quarterly Distributions shall be reduced in the same proportion that the amount or value of distribution per Unit bears to the Current Market Price per Common Unit immediately prior to the declaration of the distribution.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Distribution Equivalent Rights shall be paid in excess of the Minimum Quarterly Distributions (as defined in the Partnership Agreement) during the one year period following the Grant Date.
