Minimum security definition

Minimum security or "minimum custody" means a security or custody classification reserved for prisoners who have continuously demonstrated an ability to follow institutional rules and regulations; who are either com- mitted for a nonviolent crime or are committed on a violent crime; who are generally within twelve (12) months of parole eligibility; and who normally do not present an escape risk.
Minimum security means the prevention of entry through any door or window or window except by means of destructive force. The majority of the devices on this page cost very little and the home security procedures suggested cost nothing. All of them will help reduce burglary.

Examples of Minimum security in a sentence

  • Valuations obtained (not more than 30 days before the first Utilisation Date) in accordance with clause 23 (Minimum security value) showing that the Security Value of the Ships will not be less than the Minimum Value upon the Utilisation Date.
