Minimum security facility definition

Minimum security facility means a facility which is designed and operated to protect the public from least security risk inmates and is operated by the department for adult felony inmates committed to the custody of the executive director of the department and includes but is not limited to the Colorado correctional center at Golden, the Rifle correctional center at Rifle, and the Delta correctional center at Delta, but does not include any community corrections program as defined in section 17-27-102 (3).
Minimum security facility means a facility that allows Inmate movement within the facility itself and may include outside work detail as well as offsite work release assignments.
Minimum security facility means a facility which has at least one physical barrier between offenders and freedom and is designed and operated to protect the public from least security risk offenders INMATES and is operated by the department for adult felony offenders INMATES committed to the custody of the executive director of the department and includes but is not limited to Camp George West THE COLORADO CORRECTIONAL CENTER at Golden, the Rifle conservation camp CORRECTIONAL CENTER at Rifle, AND the Roubideau conservation camp DELTA CORRECTIONAL CENTER at Delta, but does not include any community correctional facility as defined in section 17-27-102 (1). Such facility shall have a less restrictive setting than the correctional facilities at Canon City and the correctional facilities at Buena Vista and a more restrictive setting than a community correctional facility as defined in section 17-27-102 (1).

  • City Facility means any building, structure, property, park, open space, or vehicle, owned or leased by the City, its agents, agencies, or departments.

  • Liquidity Facilities means, collectively, the Class A Liquidity Facility and the Class B Liquidity Facility.

  • Liquidity Facility Provider means a Person that is a party to a Liquidity Facility with the Authority with respect to specified Bonds and whose credit rating by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements.

  • Security freeze means a notice, at the request of the consumer and subject to certain exceptions,

  • Community facility means community room, clubhouse, recreation center or similar area for use by residents. Lobbies and laundry facilities must not be considered within the scope of this definition.

  • Class B Liquidity Facility has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to, the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cables, fiber optic cables, circuits, wires, lines, plant and equipment located under, on or above the surface of the ground within the Public Ways of the City and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility services or Telecommunications Services.

  • Class A Liquidity Facility has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Test Facility means any WRAS suitably accredited test laboratory;

  • Required Facility Lenders means, with respect to any Facility on any date of determination, Lenders having more than 50% of the sum of (i) the outstanding Loans under such Facility and (ii) the aggregate unused Commitments under such Facility; provided that, to the same extent set forth in Section 10.07(h) with respect to determination of Required Lenders, the Loans of any Affiliated Lender shall in each case be excluded for purposes of making a determination of Required Facility Lenders.

  • Energy facility means an energy plant or transmission

  • Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study.

  • Community facilities means a specific work, or improvement within this state or a specific item of equipment or tangible personal property owned or operated by any political subdivision or nonprofit corporation and used within this state to provide any essential service to the general public;

  • Minimum L/C Collateral Amount means, at any time, in connection with any Letter of Credit, (i) with respect to Cash Collateral consisting of cash or deposit account balances, an amount equal to 102% of the Revolving L/C Exposure with respect to such Letter of Credit at such time and (ii) otherwise, an amount sufficient to provide credit support with respect to such Revolving L/C Exposure as determined by the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Banks in their sole discretion.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).

  • Primary Credit Facility mean the credit facility described in the Line of Credit section of this Agreement.

  • Facility Production Limit means the production limit placed on the main product(s) or raw materials used by the Facility that represents the design capacity of the Facility and assists in the definition of the operations approved by the Director.

  • ICSID Additional Facility Rules means the Rules Governing the Additional Facility for the Administration of Proceedings by the Secretariat of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes;

  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework means the U.S. Department of Commerce National Institute for Standards and Technology Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity (Version 1.1).

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Effective Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).
