Minimum Settlement Rate definition

Minimum Settlement Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(a)(i).

More Definitions of Minimum Settlement Rate

Minimum Settlement Rate means 0.7682, subject to adjustment as contemplated by Section 5.04(a). “Minimum Stock Price” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(b)(iii)(3).
Minimum Settlement Rate means 0.54823, which is approximately equal to $25 divided by the Threshold Appreciation Price, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 5.04.
Minimum Settlement Rate means 7.0373, subject to adjustment as provided herein.

Related to Minimum Settlement Rate

  • Settlement Rate has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means the maximum amount the Company may be required to pay pursuant to this Settlement, which is the sum of One Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($145,000), including any of the Company’s employer-side share of FICA, FUTA, and other similar, mandatory employer-side payroll taxes. In no event shall the Maximum Settlement Amount exceed the foregoing sum.

  • Early Settlement Rate has the meaning specified in Section 5.9(b).

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • Adjusted CD Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date of the relevant amount under these Conditions;

  • Daily Settlement Price means the settlement price for a Swap calculated each Business Day by or on behalf of BSEF. The Daily Settlement Price can be expressed in currency, spread, yield or any other appropriate measure commonly used in swap markets.

  • Interest Adjustment Rate means the interest adjustment rate assigned to the Security. The initial Interest Adjustment Rate is the interest adjustment rate specified in the Table (the "Initial Interest Adjustment Rate").

  • Rate Calculation Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong and New York City;

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.

  • RMB Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two RMB Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date for payment of the relevant Renminbi amount under the Conditions.

  • Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 20th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the second LIBOR Business Day immediately preceding the commencement of the related Interest Accrual Period.
