Minimum Specifications definition

Minimum Specifications means the portion of the Specifications that address the technical requirements of the Work to be performed under this Contract including materials, equipment, and workmanship.
Minimum Specifications means any hardware or software requirements for the Software which are provided by us in writing from time to time;
Minimum Specifications. Means the detailed specifications required by the Customer’s hardware in order to operate the Software as provided by the Supplier to the Customer from time to time.

  • If (i) Minimum Specifications are not met; (ii) Client fails to implement a MIT Feature or a Remediation Plan; or (iii) Marco determines in its sole discretion that the Service Limitations would prohibit Xxxxx from efficiently and effectively providing the Products, Xxxxx may terminate the Agreement and this MIT Agreement without liability.

  • At the request of Client, Xxxxx may in its sole discretion, attempt to repair Defects in the Equipment or other equipment of Client, which meets Minimum Specifications (“Repairs”).

  • Xxxxx will provide the support identified below for third party software Client uses in its business, which meets Minimum Specifications and has an active third party software support agreement (“Third Party Application(s)”).

  • Client may request that Xxxxx perform services or provide goods outside the scope of this MIT Agreement or not meeting the Minimum Specifications (“Incidentals”).


More Definitions of Minimum Specifications

Minimum Specifications means each of the following criteria with respect to the Drillship: (i) upon final sea trial, speed shall not be more than two (2) knots lower than the guaranteed speed specified in Paragraph 2 of Article I of the Construction Contract; (ii) actual fuel consumption shall not be more than ten percent (10%) in excess of the guaranteed fuel consumption specified in Paragraph 2 of Article I of the Construction Contract; (iii) the capacity of the "Extended Well Test" tanks, including slop tanks, shall not be less than 14,310 cubic meters; and (iv) the actual displacement of the Drillship shall not vary by more than 3,500 metric tons (whether higher or lower) from the guaranteed displacement of the Drillship specified in Paragraph 2 of Article I of the Construction Contract.
Minimum Specifications means the technical specifications given by Bin Manager to the Client in writing to which the Designated Equipment must conform in order to run the Software and to which the Client must conform in order to receive support at the agreed Service Level.
Minimum Specifications means any minimum requirements or specifications set forth in the Order or Documentation.
Minimum Specifications has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.   • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.
