Minimum Trading Unit definition

Minimum Trading Unit means USD 120,000 and DKK 800,000 less any repayments made in respect of the Bonds pursuant to a voluntary partial redemption in accordance with Clause 9.4 or Clause 9.5.
Minimum Trading Unit means EUR 100,000.

If Net Assets of the Partnership allocated to the Advisor are reduced due to redemptions, distributions or reallocations (net of additions), there shall be a corresponding proportional reduction in the related loss carryforward amount that must be recouped before the Advisor is eligible to receive another Incentive Fee.
