Minimum Useable Sewage Disposal Area (MUSDA) means the amount of ground surface ex- pressed in square feet, that is required for sewage disposal when creating new lots or parcels in the tentative or parcel map process. The amount of land area is based on the percolation rate and the type of leach field distribution method.
