Minimum Work definition

Minimum Work or “Minimum Work Programme” means the minimum work programme referred to in Article 3 in respect of the initial term of the Licence or any renewal thereof.
Minimum Work means the Substantial Completion of Landlord’s Work; (B) the termPenalty Date” shall mean June 1, 2014, subject to day-for-day postponement on account of Tenant Delays and Force Majeure Delays; and (C) the term “Force Majeure Delays” shall mean and refer to a period of delay or delays encountered affecting all construction work of Landlord’s Work because of: natural disaster, earthquake, floods or other acts of God; fire, explosion, extraordinary adverse weather conditions; acts of Government which generally affects the construction industry in the City of Mountain View (including building moratoria but excluding permit review); or inability to procure or a general shortage of labor, equipment, facilities, energy, materials or supplies in the open market, failure of transportation, strikes or lockouts beyond the control of Landlord which generally affects the construction industry in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Examples of Minimum Work in a sentence

  • If within the time periods prescribed in this Article 6.1 the Operating Committee is unable to agree on such a Work Program and Budget, then the proposal capable of satisfying the Minimum Work Obligations for the Calendar Year in question that receives the largest Participating Interest vote (even if less than the applicable percentage under Article 5.9) shall be deemed adopted as part of the annual Work Program and Budget.

  • Notwithstanding the above, Operator shall not be obliged to furnish an AFE to the Parties with respect to any Minimum Work Obligations, workovers of ▇▇▇▇▇ and general and administrative costs that are listed as separate line items in an approved Work Program and Budget.

  • Likewise, a Party voting against voluntarily entering into or extending of an Exploration Period or Exploitation Period or any phase of the Contract or voluntarily extending the Contract shall not be liable for the Minimum Work Obligations associated therewith provided that it sends notification of its withdrawal within thirty (30) Days of such vote pursuant to Article 11.2.

  • Any portion of a Work Program and Budget adopted pursuant to this Article 6.1(D) instead of Article 5.9 shall contain only such operations for the Joint Account as are necessary to maintain the Contract in full force and effect, including such operations as are necessary to fulfill the Minimum Work Obligations required for the given Calendar Year.

  • The Contractor shall be required to complete at least the Minimum Work Program during the Initial Exploration Period.

  • If the Operating Committee is unable to agree on such a Work Program and Budget, then Operator shall choose between the competing proposals, always in the understanding that it must contain at least the operations as are necessary to maintain the Contract in full force and effect, including such operations as are necessary to fulfill the Minimum Work Obligations required for the given Contract Year.

  • In no event shall any voluntary relinquishment by the Contractor over all of any part of the Contract Area reduce the Minimum Work Obligations or Minimum Financial Commitment set out in Clause 7.

  • Operations which are required to fulfill the Minimum Work Obligations must be proposed and conducted as Joint Operations and may not be proposed or conducted as Exclusive Operations.

  • The Work Program and Budget agreed by the Operating Committee shall include at least that part of the Minimum Work Obligations required to be carried out during the Contract Year in question under the terms of the Contract.

  • The Minister shall approve the Work Programmes if they comply with: (i) the Minimum Work Programme, the Exploration Plan and the Development Plan, as applicable; (ii) the terms of the Accounting Procedures and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement; (iii) Best International Industry Standards and Practices; (iv) the Environmental and Safety Management System, and (v) the Applicable Laws.

Related to Minimum Work

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Minimum Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.1(d).

  • Minimum wage means wages as defined under the Minimum Wages Act-1948 and amended from time to time.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Minimum Term means the minimum initial period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed the minimum term will be 12 months from your contract commencement date or other such date as may be notified to you in accordance with paragraph 19.2.
