Minimum Work Programme definition

Minimum Work Programme means with respect to each Exploration Phase, the Work Programme specified in Article 5 with respect to such Phase.
Minimum Work Programme means the minimum work programme referred to in Article 3 in respect of the initial term of the Licence or any renewal thereof.
Minimum Work Programme means a work programme formulated under Article 5 for the purpose of carrying out Petroleum Operations.

  • Work Programme and Budgets for the Exploration Period shall include work sufficient to meet the relevant Minimum Work Programme with respect to each Exploration Phase specified in this Article 5.

  • Work Programme and Budgets for the Exploration Period shall include work sufficient to meet the relevant Mandatory Work Programme and Minimum Work Programme with respect to each Exploration Phase specified in this Article 5.

  • In case the Minimum Work Programme of any particular Exploration Phase is completed before stipulated time as provided in the Article 3.2, the time so saved will be added to the next Exploration Phase, if so requested by the Contractor giving a notice in writing to the Government thirty (30) days prior to such early completion of the Phase and in that event the provision of the Article 3.4 (a) shall apply immediately after such early completion of the Phase.

  • The recent completion of the Avenir Makatea acquisition, as disclosed in Note 19 is a step in that direction.The Group has obligations under the Minimum Work Programme for its existing mining permit as disclosed in Note 16.

  • The management committee shall give its recommendation, on additional, substituted or alternate work programme or payment to the Government for unfinished work programme, to the Government within sixty (60) days from the date of notice given by the Government of non-fulfillment of the Minimum Work Programme.

  • Contractor shall not be released of its work and financial obligations under this Agreement if it fails to carry out the Minimum Work Programme to the Minister’s satisfaction.

  • This guaranty will be cashed in case of non-execution by the “Contracting Party” of the Minimum Work Programme of the first relating sub-period as defined in Article 7.1.1.1 and in accordance with the modalities of said guaranty.


More Definitions of Minimum Work Programme

Minimum Work Programme means the work to be performed in, respectively, the First Phase, the Second Phase and the Third Phase, pursuant to Article 3 (Lessee’s Exploration Work Commitment).
Minimum Work Programme means the programme of work referred to in Article 8.2.
Minimum Work Programme means with respect to each Exploration Phase, the Work Programme specified in the Petroleum Resources Agreement;
Minimum Work Programme means with respect to Phase-I and Phase-II, the Work Programme specified in Article 5 with respect to such phase.

Related to Minimum Work Programme

  • Work Programme means the document adopted by the Commission for the implementation of the specific programme28 in accordance with its Article 12 or the equivalent document in content and structure adopted by a funding body.

  • Work Program means a program of work reasonably acceptable to both parties in respect of a particular Property, contained in a written document setting out in reasonable detail; (i) An outline of the Mining Operations proposed to be undertaken and conducted on the Property, specifically stating the period of time during which the work contemplated by the proposed program is to be done and performed; (ii) The estimated cost of such Mining Operations including a proposed budget providing for estimated monthly cash requirements in advance and giving reasonable details; and (iii) The identity and credentials of the person or persons undertaking the Mining Operations so proposed if not the Optionor, reasonably acceptable to both parties hereto.

  • Annual Work Plan means each annual work plan, together with the related budget, for the Project approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Work Progress Schedule means the continually updated time schedule prepared and monitored by Contractor that accurately indicates all necessary appropriate revisions as required by the conditions of the Work and the Project while maintaining a concise comparison to the Baseline Schedule.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • Minimum Improvements means devoting the Development Property to its intended Use and construction of approximately a square foot parking facility for use as parking for the Developer as identified and set forth in Exhibit C and constructed in accordance with the Construction Plans submitted to and approved by the Authority. After completion of the Minimum Improvements, the term shall mean the Development Property as improved by the Minimum Improvements.

  • Work ethic camp means an alternative incarceration program

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Minimum Hourly Work Requirement means the work hours over a given time period that are required of you by your Employer in order to be eligible for coverage. Your Minimum Hourly Work Requirement is specified in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual containing details of financial and accounting procedures, procurement arrangements, environmental and social monitoring and mitigation arrangements, and other administrative and organizational arrangements, as shall have been agreed with the Association for purposes of Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the PIM;

  • Continuous Improvement Plan means a plan for improving the provision of the Goods and/or Services and/or reducing the Charges produced by the Supplier pursuant to Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking);

  • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • Work crew means a program of partial confinement

  • Work Products are defined as all materials, tangible or not, created in whatever medium pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation publications, promotional or educational materials, reports, manuals, specifications, drawings and sketches, computer programs, software and databases, schematics, marks, logos, graphic designs, notes, matters and combinations thereof, and all forms of intellectual property.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1 (iii);

  • Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Work period means the period specified in a Plan when an employee is at work.
