Mining Phase definition

Mining Phase means all Operations other than the Exploration Phase, the Development Phase or the Major Construction Phase, including Operations conducted after Mining has ceased.
Mining Phase shall include mining, extracting, producing, handling, milling or other processing of Products and all other activities not otherwise covered above, including activities conducted after mining operations have ceased.
