Minor victim definition

Minor victim means any person who was under eighteen years of age at the time of the commission of the criminal offense or delinquent act of which the person is a victim.
Minor victim means the victim of a criminal homicide if the victim is younger than 18 years old.
Minor victim means a minor who is a victim of a violation of Subsection (4).

  • Sexually violent predator means a person who:

  • Criminal sexual activity means the commission of an act as defined in Section 886 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which is the act of sodomy; and

  • Violent criminal activity means any criminal activity that has as one of its elements the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force substantial enough to cause, or be reasonably likely to cause, serious bodily injury or property damage.

  • Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:

  • Sexual violence means any sexual act or act targeting a person’s sexuality, gender identity or gender expression, whether the act is physical or psychological in nature, that is committed, threatened or attempted against a person without the person’s consent, and includes sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking, indecent exposure, voyeurism and sexual exploitation.

  • Sexual exploitation means any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust for sexual purposes. It includes profiting monetarily, socially, or politically from sexual exploitation of another.

  • Family violence means conduct as defined by S.7 of the Family Violence Act 2004.

  • Violent felony means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-3-203.5.

  • Felonious Assault means a violent or criminal act reported to the local authorities which was directed at you during the course of, or an attempt of, a physical assault resulting in serious injury, kidnapping, or rape.

  • Violent student means a student under the age of 21 who:
