Minor victim definition
Minor victim means any person who was under eighteen years of age at the time of the commission of the criminal offense or delinquent act of which the person is a victim.
Minor victim means the victim of a criminal homicide if the victim is younger than 18 years old.
Minor victim means a minor who is a victim of a violation of Subsection (2).
