Minority Status Sample Clauses
Minority Status. Except as set forth in Exhibit 5.01(o), no --------------- --------------- contract, lease or other arrangement between the Company and any third party (including any governmental entity) in effect as of the Closing Date, nor any request for bids or similar arrangements in which the Company is participating which are listed on Exhibit 5.01(o) would be adversely affected by the Company's --------------- failure to maintain its status as a minority owned business or maintain any similar status.
Minority Status. The Purchaser is a corporation that is entirely controlled by Members of Minority Groups (as that phrase is defined in 47 CFR Section 24.720(i)) and/or women who are United States citizens.
