MIP Employee definition

MIP Employee means each Eligible Employee identified in the records of the Company as a participant in the Company’s management incentive program initiated in 2021.

Examples of MIP Employee in a sentence

  • Under the MIP, Employee shall be eligible to earn an amount up to a maximum of 50% of Employee’s Base Salary, assuming the Company and Employee meet certain targets as required by the MIP.

  • Under the MIP, Employee shall be eligible to earn an amount equal to a maximum of 40% of Employee’s Base Salary, assuming the Company and Employee meet certain targets as required by the MIP.

  • The Initial Payment made to Owner upon execution of this Agreement satisfies the advance minimum royalty (AMR) payment obligation for the first year of the Agreement.
