Miscellaneous Petition definition
Miscellaneous Petition means the petition filed before the Commission under any of the provisions of the Act or Regulations framed by the Commission but does not include the petitions for determination or adoption of tariff or for grant of licence or for review of an order or suo motu petitions as defined under these regulations;
