MISO Settlement Interval definition

MISO Settlement Interval means, as of any applicable time with respect to the applicable MISO Market, the interval on which MISO settles such MISO Market at such time. As of the Effective Date, the MISO Settlement Interval is the Hour (as defined in the MISO Rules) for the MISO Day-Ahead Energy Market and the five (5)-minute interval for the MISO Real-Time Energy Market.

  • Buyer shall provide such notice to Seller by the MMP Deadline applicable with respect to such MISO Settlement Interval for such MISO Market.

  • In the case of a Buyer curtailment pursuant to clause (ii) above, Buyer shall be deemed to have curtailed the Contract Energy, if any, that, according to the dispatch instructions from MISO resulting from implementing Buyer’s offer instructions to Seller, should not have been generated by the Facility and injected at the Injection Point during such MISO Settlement Interval.

  • Step II: Estimating sectoral resource envelope for state plan schemes: This step involves projection of total state plan expenditure estimates in the concerned sector for next 3 years consistent with state’s explicit sectoral priorities captured in its long term planning exercise.

Related to MISO Settlement Interval

  • Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.

  • Settlement Interval has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Operating Agreement, section 3.3. “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • Call Settlement Date means the fifth Business Day following the last Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period.

  • Cash Settlement Averaging Period means, with respect to a Security that is tendered for conversion in accordance with this Article X, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading-Day period that begins on, and includes, the third (3rd) Trading Day after the Conversion Date for such Security; provided, however, that if such Conversion Date is on or after the twenty third (23rd) scheduled Trading Day prior to the Maturity Date, then the Cash Settlement Averaging Period with respect to such conversion shall be the twenty (20) consecutive Trading-Day period that begins on and includes the twentieth (20th) scheduled Trading Day prior to the Maturity Date.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 20th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • TARGET Settlement Day means any day on which TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro;

  • Cash Settlement Date means, for each Financially Settled Futures Transaction, the Business Day determined by Exchange from time to time in accordance with industry practice for such Transaction, as posted on Exchange’s Website not less than one month prior to the occurrence of such date, other than Invoices issued as a result of a Contracting Party’s Default or under the Close- out Procedure which amounts require payment immediately;

  • Termination Settlement Date means, for any Terminated Obligation, the date customary for settlement, substantially in accordance with the then-current market practice in the principal market for such Terminated Obligation (as determined by the Calculation Agent), of the sale of such Terminated Obligation with the trade date for such sale occurring on the related Termination Trade Date.

  • TARGET2 Settlement Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System is open.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $2,300,000 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, and Administration Expenses Payment.

  • Remarketing Settlement Date means the date of the settlement of any Successful Remarketing, which will be three Business Days after such Remarketing.

  • Cash Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).

  • Physical Settlement Date means the date specified as such in any Physical Settlement Notice, which shall be not earlier than 10 nor later than 20 Business Days after the date on which the Physical Settlement Notice is given.

  • Final Settlement means permanent settlement of the Contractor’s actual allowable costs or expenditures as determined at the time of audit, which shall be completed within three years of the date the year-end cost settlement report was accepted for interim settlement by the State. If the audit is not completed within three years, the interim settlement shall be considered as the final settlement.

  • Early Settlement Date has the meaning specified in Section 5.9(a).

  • Disruption Cash Settlement Price means in respect of each Security, an amount in the Settlement Currency equal to the fair market value of the Share Amount (taking into account, where the Settlement Disruption Event affected some but not all of the Shares comprising the Share Amount and such non-affected Shares have been duly delivered as provided above, the value of such Shares), less the cost to the Issuer of unwinding any underlying related hedging arrangements, all as determined by the Issuer.

  • First Settlement Date means the date set forth in footnote 3 under "Summary of Essential Financial Information" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
