Mission Shares definition

Mission Shares is the means for local church support for the mission and ministry of the Annual Conference. The intent in using this method is to maintain clarity and transparency in how, where and for what purpose funds are being used, and to continue to build a closer connection between local churches and the Conference.
Mission Shares means the 547,452 shares of common stock of Mission which Limco has the right to put to Calavo as provided in Article 4 hereof, if Limco does not sell them to Mission.

Examples of Mission Shares in a sentence

  • Certain agencies receiving funds other than from Mission Shares may, upon vote of CFA, receive interest on their portion of funds in the common pool.

  • In such circumstances, the designation of the mission congregation may open up the possibility of financial support from other conference entities or, at the bishop’s and cabinet’s discretion and approval of the Council on Finance and Administration, the Conference may partner to support a mission congregation by adjusting Mission Shares expectations.

Related to Mission Shares

  • Consideration Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(c).

  • Purchased Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Note Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Notes.

  • Exchange Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b).

  • Acquisition Shares means the shares of an Acquiring Fund to be issued to the corresponding Target Fund in a reorganization under this Agreement.

  • Buyer Shares means the common stock, with a par value of $0.0001 per share, of Buyer.

  • Purchased Securities has the meaning assigned in the Terms;

  • Purchased Units means, with respect to a particular Purchaser, the number of Common Units equal to the aggregate Purchase Price set forth opposite such Purchaser’s name under the column titled “Purchase Price” set forth on Schedule A hereto divided by the Common Unit Price.

  • Purchaser Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Purchaser.

  • Conversion Shares means, collectively, the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the shares of Preferred Stock in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • VMTP Shares has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Purchase Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c).

  • Released Securities means Shares of Restricted Stock with respect to which all applicable restrictions have expired, lapsed, or been waived.

  • Relevant Shares means ordinary share capital of the Approved Entity that constitutes equity share capital or the equivalent (or depositary or other receipts representing the same) which is listed and admitted to trading on a Regulated Market.

  • Coop Shares Shares issued by a Cooperative Corporation.

  • Closing Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(a)(i).

  • Acquired Shares has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Parent Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of Parent.

  • PIPE Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Subscription Shares has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1.

  • Seller Shares means all shares of Common Stock of the Company owned as of the date hereof or hereafter acquired by a Common Holder, as adjusted for any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, subdivisions, recapitalizations and the like.

  • Sold Shares shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.

  • Private Placement Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Forward Purchase Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Target Shares means common shares in the capital of Target, as currently constituted;
