Missouri DNR definition

Missouri DNR or “MDNR” means the State of Missouri Department of Natural Resources, a part of the executive branch of the government of the State of Missouri. Subject to the supervisory, rulemaking, and adjudicative authority of the Missouri Clean Water Commission, as described in Chapter 644 RSMo. MDNR issued the Current NPDES Permits at issue in this Consent Decree.

We may not cancel this Agreement without providing You with written notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of cancellation. Such notice shall include the effective date of cancellation and the reason for cancellation. If this Agreement has been in force for a period of seventy (70) days, We may not cancel it before the expiration of the Agreement term or one (1) year, whichever occurs first, unless: 1) You fail to pay any amount due; 2) You are convicted of a crime which results in an increase in the service required under the Agreement; 3) You engage in fraud or material misrepresentation in obtaining this Agreement; or 4) You commit any act, omission, or violation of any terms of this Agreement after the effective date of this Agreement which substantially and materially increases the service required under this Agreement.   • Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

ARBITRATION section is amended to include the following: Any matter in dispute between You and Us may be subject to arbitration as an alternative to court action pursuant to the rules of (the American Arbitration Association or other recognized arbitrator), a copy of which is available on request from Us. Any decision reached by arbitration shall be binding upon both You and Us. The arbitration award may include attorney's fees if allowed by state law and may be entered as a judgment in any court of proper jurisdiction.

  • AT&T OKLAHOMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Oklahoma.

  • AT&T WISCONSIN means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Wisconsin.

  • AT&T CONNECTICUT means the AT&T-owned ILEC doing business in Connecticut.

  • Cropland means land used for the production of adapted crops for harvest, alone or in a rotation with grasses and legumes, and includes row crops, small grain crops, hay crops, nursery crops, orchard crops, and other similar specialty crops.

  • Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.

  • Indian means a person who is a member of an Indian Tribe. If the Contractor has reason to doubt that a person seeking employment preference is an Indian, the contractor shall grant the preference but shall require the individual within thirty (30) days to provide evidence from the Tribe concerned that the person is a member of that Tribe.

  • AT&T ARKANSAS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Arkansas.

  • State Forester means the State Forester or the duly authorized representative of the State Forester.

  • State of Texas Textravel means the State Travel Management Program through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts website and Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter C, Section 5.22, relative to travel reimbursements under this Contract, if any.

  • Brewery means a commercial enterprise at a single location producing more than fifty thousand (50,000) barrels per year of malt beverage;

  • Michigan state housing development authority means the public body corporate and politic created by Section 21 of the State Housing Development Authority Act of 1966, 1966 PA 346, MCL 125.1421.

  • Georgia means the territory recognised by the international community within the state borders of Georgia, including land territory, internal waters and territorial sea, the air space above them, in respect of which Georgia exercises its sovereignty, as well as the contiguous zone, the exclusive economic zone and continental shelf adjacent to its territorial sea, in respect of which Georgia may exercise its sovereign rights in accordance with the international law;
