MLB Entities means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLBAM” or "MLB.com"), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., BAMTech LLC, The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.
MLB Entities means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., MLB Advanced Media, L.P., The MLB Network, LLC, each of the Major League Baseball clubs, and each of their respective past, present, and future subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, successors, agents, officers, employees, and owners;
MLB Entities means each entity Controlled by all or substantially of the MLB clubs (including, without limitation, the BOC, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., and/or any of their respective present or future affiliates, assigns or successors).
Examples of MLB Entities in a sentence
The purchase and use of other game or event tickets (including tickets to Postseason Home Games) will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth, from time to time, by the MLB Entities, the Club, RSLP, or the organizer/promoter of the event, as applicable.
None of the Club, RSLP, or the MLB Entities are responsible for lost, stolen, or duplicated Tickets.
The Licensee further acknowledges and agrees that the Restrictions and/or other matters that have or will result from the Coronavirus, COVID-19, any other Communicable Disease, and the Pandemic (including, but not limited to, recommendations from public health authorities, guidance and requirements of the MLB Entities, and other relevant policies and guidelines) may reasonably necessitate that the Club modify and update policies, procedures, and/or operations.
The Licensee further acknowledges and agrees that the Restrictions and/or other matters that have or will result from the Coronavirus, COVID-19, any other Communicable Disease, and the Pandemic (including, but not limited to, recommendations from public health authorities, guidance and requirements of the MLB Entities, and other relevant policies and guidelines) may reasonably necessitate that the Club and/or RSLP modify and update policies, procedures, and/or operations.

More Definitions of MLB Entities
MLB Entities means each of the BOC, the Major League Clubs (individually and collectively), The MLB Network, LLC, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Txxxxxx.xxx, LLC and/or any of their respective present or future affiliates, assigns or successors.
MLB Entities means MLB Advanced Media, L.P., the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. I attest and verify that: (i) I am over 18 years of age and am legally signing on behalf of myself or, if applicable, my Xxxx(s); (ii) the Participant is free from all illnesses, injuries and defects that could interfere with his/her safe participation in or observation of the Activities; (iii) that Participant is physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in and or observe the Activities; and (iv) on the date of the Activities, Participant will possess and will be covered by medical/health insurance, individually or part of an organization. I acknowledge that I, for myself and as my Xxxx’x (or Wards’) parent/legal guardian (if applicable), am aware and informed of the inherent risks in participating in or observing the Activities and that the Participant’s participation in or observation of the Activities is entirely voluntary. I, on behalf of myself and/or my Xxxx(s), consent to administration of first aid and other medical treatment and related services, including evacuation/transport, in the event of injury or illness in connection with participation in or observation of the Activities and hereby release and indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability or claims arising out of such treatment and/or services. If I breach my obligations under this Agreement, I will be responsible for reimbursing the Released Parties for all costs incurred by the Released Parties to defend itself against any and all claims that result from such breach. I consent to FSM and the Red Sox using and authorizing others to use my name and/or photograph or other likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation to me or my heirs.
