MLB Entities definition

MLB Entities means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLBAM” or "MLB.com"), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., BAMTech LLC, The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.

MLB Entities means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., MLB Advanced Media, L.P., The MLB Network, LLC, each of the Major League Baseball clubs, and each of their respective past, present, and future subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, successors, agents, officers, employees, and owners;

MLB Entities means each entity Controlled by all or substantially of the MLB clubs (including, without limitation, the BOC, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., and/or any of their respective present or future affiliates, assigns or successors).

Examples of MLB Entities in a sentence

• No rights, exclusivities or obligations involving the Internet or any interactive or on-line media (as defined by the MLB Entities) are conferred by this Agreement, except as are specifically approved in writing by the applicable MLB Entity.

• By entering into the Raffle, all entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules; and (b) release CWSC, the Chicago White Sox, Ltd., the other MLB Entities, CWS Maintenance Company, At Your Service, AscendFS Delaware, Inc.

• The MLB Entities reserve the right to terminate the license granted by this ticket by tendering to Holder the purchase price printed on this ticket.

• No rights, exclusivities or obligations involving the Internet or any interactive or online media (as defined by the applicable MLB Entities) are conferred by this Agreement, except as are specifically approved in writing by the applicable MLB Entities.

• With respect to any claim that might give rise to liability of Local Host as an indemnitor, the MLB Entities must: (x) have the right to fully participate in the litigation of such claim with counsel of their own selection at Local Host’s own expense; and (y) not be obligated, without their consent, to participate in any settlement of such claim which they believe would have an adverse effect on their businesses.

MLB Entities means each of the BOC, the Major League Clubs (individually and collectively), The MLB Network, LLC, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Txxxxxx.xxx, LLC and/or any of their respective present or future affiliates, assigns or successors.

MLB Entities means MLB Advanced Media, L.P., the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.

MLB Entities means MLB Advanced Media, L.P.; the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball; its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils; Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions); The MLB Network, LLC; Xxxxxxx.xxx, Inc.; the Major League Baseball Clubs and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities; any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball; and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities.
