Company Entities definition

Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

Company Entities means, collectively, the Company and its Subsidiaries;

• No Person has any present or contingent right or license to access any material proprietary source code owned or purported to be owned by the Company Entities, other than employees or service providers working for the Company Entities who are subject to reasonable written confidentiality agreements.

Company Entities has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Company Entities means the Company, BVI, CJV and all existing Subsidiaries of any such entities and any other entities which hereafter become Subsidiaries of any such entities.
