Each of the Company Entities is, and immediately after the Bid/ Issue Closing Date and immediately upon the consummation of the transactions contemplated in the Underwriting Agreement and the Issue Documents, will be, Solvent.
For example, a Group may, in the ordinary course of business, engage in trading in financial products or undertake other investment businesses for their own account or on behalf of other clients, including trading in or holding long, short or derivative positions in securities, loans or other financial products of the Company Entities, the Promoter Selling Shareholder, their respective Affiliates or other entities connected with the Offer.
