MOA Purchase Price definition

MOA Purchase Price means the amount which is the aggregate of the following amounts which the Buyers shall pay or deemed to have paid in accordance with this Agreement:
MOA Purchase Price means the purchase price as stated in clause 1 (Purchase price) of the MOA, being US$44,500,000 (Dollars Forty Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Only).
MOA Purchase Price means an amount equivalent to the Maximum Owners' Cost.

  • the Purchase Price means the price to be paid by the Buyer to the Seller for the purchase of the Property;

  • Unit Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(b).
