Mobile Business definition

Mobile Business means a trades contractor or other professional (related to the construction industry) or a contractor who performs maintenance and/or repair of land and buildings from other than their Premises;
Mobile Business means a business that is not operated from a permanent structure and remains in any one location to operate for a maximum of 4 hours, in any 24 hour period, before moving to another location. Examples of mobile businesses include, but are not limited to, caterers and food/drink vendors.
Mobile Business means any business without a fixed location or which is operating from a self-propelled vehicle or which can be pushed or pulled on a sidewalk, street, or highway on which food, goods, or services is prepared, processed, or from which food or other goods are then sold or dispensed to the public.

  • The aggregate number of Vesting Eligible Performance Options is determined based upon achievement of Mobile Business Performance Goals.
