Company Business definition
Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.
Company Business means the business of the Company and any of its Subsidiaries as currently conducted and currently proposed to be conducted.
Company Business has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a) hereof.

Service Provider shall not be required to provide Services to any Person other than Service Recipient and its Subsidiaries, or in connection with the operation of any business other than the SpinCo Business or the Company Business, as applicable, in each case in substantially the same manner in which, and for substantially the same purpose as, such Services were used by the Service Recipient in connection with the operation of such business during the Baseline Period.
