Mobile Communications Services definition

Mobile Communications Services means the wireless internet service which shall as a minimum provide the Minimum Wi-Fi Service;
Mobile Communications Services means communications services provided to end users by licensed Telecommunications Operators for making and receiving voice calls, sending and receiving SMS messages, sending and receiving data, or access to other electronic Communications services.
Mobile Communications Services means communications services, where either the terminal from which the communication originated or the terminal on which the communication was ultimately received, or both such terminals, are mobile radio communications devices (including, in each case, mobile communications devices that are being used in a fixed mode) and include, but are not limited to, cellular telephone services, paging and mobile voice/data services and the provision of and/or operation of local area personal communications networks.

"Xxxx Date" means the date on which a Billing period ends, as identified on the xxxx.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Telecommunications Carrier is As Defined in the Act.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").
