Mobile Services definition

Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

Mobile Services means the provision of services in relation to mobile telephony.

Mobile Services means the GSM digital public mobile telecommunications service or the CDMA cellular telecommunications service and the Value Added Features which we provide you under Part C and as specified in your Application.

Examples of Mobile Services in a sentence

• Our services may include features and services available via your mobile services, including, without limitation: (a) the ability to receive and reply to messages and to send content and messages using SMS and MMS text messaging, and (b) the ability to access the Site from your mobile device (collectively, the "Mobile Services").

• In order to use Mobile Deposit, you must: (a) have an eligible Mobile Device, (b) have your Online and Mobile Services username and password and (c) download the Bank’s Mobile App.

• All images processed for deposit through Mobile Deposit will be treated as "deposits" under the Product and Account Disclosure and the Online and Mobile Services Agreement.

• You are only eligible to purchase Equipment if you also purchase Voice Services, Data & Internet Services, Mobile Services, or any other Services specified in your Application that are required to be purchased with that Equipment.

• This Part C sets out the terms and conditions on which we will supply you with Mobile Services and (if applicable) Mobile Equipment.

More Definitions of Mobile Services

Mobile Services means the Online Banking Services available to Eligible Accounts through the Mobile Web and Mobile App.

Mobile Services means those Services identified as a “Mobile Service” in these Mobile Terms and the Service Schedules;

Mobile Services means the mobile communications services provided by THREE for use in respect of THREE Mobile Equipment.

Mobile Services means ignition interlock services provided by an IISP or its agents or subcontractors at a publicly accessible location other than the IISP’s service center, that meet the requirements of R17-5-618.

Mobile Services means a service that allows you to use a mobile device (like an iPhone® or smartphone, sometimes also called a wireless device) to access the Online Services. “Mobile Device” means a device specified by us, not a personal computer, including a mobile phone or personal digital assistant (PDA) that has text messaging capabilities and/or is Internet (Web) enabled. “Text Messaging” or “SMS” means a process that allows you to send and receive messages from us related to your Accounts, of up to 160 characters each, using your mobile device.

Mobile Services means the Airtime and Mobile Line Rental that is supplied by Us to You as described in this Services Schedule F;
