Mobile Terminals means a Terminal that enables Transactions to be submitted via a mobile telecommunications network;

  • No warranty or representation is, has or will be given or made by us that Mobile Terminals will be capable of use free of any interruptions.

  • The wireless nature of the Mobile Terminals means that their use is subject to the availability of wireless connectivity.

  • The rental and additional service charges of which you are notified from time to time in relation to Mobile Terminals with a fixed hire period of three (3) months or less are payable by you at the commencement of the fixed hire period.

  • In return for us supplying you with a Terminal for hire (except Mobile Terminals with a fixed hire period of three (3) months or less), you will punctually pay the monthly Terminal rental and any additional service charges of which you are notified from time to time, in arrears in accordance with the provisions of clause 8 of the Agreement.

  • You acknowledge and agree that the wireless nature of the Mobile Terminals means that their use is subject to availability of wireless connectivity.

  • Save for Mobile Terminals with a fixed hire period of three (3) months or less, you will give us three (3) months’ notice in writing of any proposed changes to any electrical power supplied or to the telecommunication links in or to the premises where the Terminals are located.

  • The fixed hire period for Mobile Terminals of twelve (12) months or less may also be terminated by either us or you in accordance with clause 12.1 of the Agreement.

  • The Terminals will remain our property or that of a third party (as the case may be, e.g. in relation to Mobile Terminals).

Related to Mobile Terminals

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.

  • Marine terminal means a public or private commercial wharf

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Service Management System (SMS) means an off-line system used to access, create, modify, or update information in a Database.

  • Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.

  • Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the ORC to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to Section 3770.21 of the ORC.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Automobile service station means a building or structure or part thereof open to the public where motor vehicles are washed, serviced, repaired, fueled, leased, sold or displayed and may include, but are not limited to a gas bar, car wash, body shop or general or specialty repair shops;

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • Mobile Phone means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled mobile hardware device of a user, supporting the Content Protection Responsibilities and Obligations, generally receiving transmission of a program over a transmission system designed for mobile devices such as GSM, UMTS, LTE and IEEE 802.11 (“wifi”) and designed primarily for the making and receiving of voice telephony calls. Mobile Phone shall not include a Personal Computer or Tablet.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Service or "CMRS" means commercial mobile radio service regulated under section 3 of title I and section 332 of title III of the communications act of 1934, chapter 652, 48 Stat 1064, 47 USC 153 and 332, and the rules of the Federal Communications Commission or provided under the wireless emergency service order. Commercial mobile radio service or CMRS includes all of the following:

Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Client Terminal means the MetaTrader program version 4 and/or 5, which is used by the Client in order to obtain information of financial markets (which content is defined by the Company) in real-time, to make technical analysis of the markets, make Transactions, place/modify/delete Orders, as well as to receive notices from the Company. The program can be downloaded on the Website free of charge.

  • GDS means Global Distribution System (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan). "IAMAW" means the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;

  • Cable television service means the one-way transmission to subscribers of video programming and other programming service and subscriber interaction, if any, that is required for the selection or use of the video programming or other programming service.
