Mobileye Entities definition

Mobileye Entities means Mobileye and its Subsidiaries and any entity which becomes a Subsidiary of Mobileye after the date hereof, and “Mobileye Entity” means any one of the Mobileye Entities.

  • With respect to Intel Material that is software, the following section applies: Mobileye Entities’ use of any software (including, without limitation, bug fixes, patches, or other software) provided by Intel Entities to Mobileye Entities in the course of providing the Services is licensed to the Mobileye Entities on the terms accompanying the software, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Schedule.

  • Mobileye Entities are free to use, for any purpose, the Intel Residuals resulting from access to, or work with, Intel Materials.

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.
