PHARMACY ALLOWANCE means the lower of:
NOx Allowance means an authorization to emit a specified amount of NOx that is allocated or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind that has been established under the Clean Air Act or a state implementation plan.
Utility Allowance means a monthly allowance, as provided by the local public housing authority or as otherwise allowed by HUD rules and the GLO rules, for utilities and services (excluding telephone services) to be paid by the tenant.
Additional Special Servicing Compensation As defined in Section 3.11(d).
Available Master Servicer Compensation With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (a) the Master Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, (b) interest earned through the business day preceding the applicable Distribution Date on any Prepayments in Full remitted to the Master Servicer and (c) the aggregate amount of Month End Interest remitted by the Servicers to the Master Servicer pursuant to the related Servicing Agreements.
voltage ride through as used herein shall mean the ability of a Small Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the system or equipment of the Transmission Owner and any Affected Systems during system disturbances within a range of under-voltage and over-voltage conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and consistent with any standards and guidelines that are applied to other generating facilities in the Balancing Authority Area on a comparable basis.
Special Allowance Payments means payments, designated as such, consisting of effective interest subsidies by the Department in respect of the Trust Student Loans to the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Trust in accordance with the Higher Education Act.

Disability allowance means monthly payments during
Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax actually levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.

Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;
Maximum Applied Water Allowance (MAWA) means the upper limit of annual applied water for the established landscaped area as specified in Section 492.4. It is based upon the area's reference evapotranspiration, the ET Adjustment Factor, and the size of the landscape area. The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance. Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0. Additional Servicing Compensation means any servicing compensation (other than Servicing Fees, Special Servicing Fees, Workout Fees or Liquidation Fees) that any Servicer is entitled to retain under the Servicing Agreement.

Cost allocation plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.
Preferred Allowance means the amount a Preferred Provider will accept as payment in full for Covered Medical Expenses.
Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

Annual Additions means the sum credited to a Participant's Accounts for any Limitation Year of (a) "employer" contributions, (b) Employee contributions (except as provided below), (c) Forfeitures, (d) amounts allocated to an individual medical benefit account, as defined in Code §415(l)(2), which is part of a pension or annuity plan maintained by the "employer," (e) amounts derived from contributions paid or accrued which are attributable to post-retirement medical benefits allocated to the separate account of a key employee (as defined in Code §419A(d)(3)) under a welfare benefit fund (as defined in Code §419(e)) maintained by the "employer" and (f) allocations under a simplified employee pension. Except, however, the Compensation percentage limitation referred to in paragraph (e)(5)(ii) below shall not apply to: (1) any contribution for medical benefits (within the meaning of Code §419A(f)(2)) after separation from service which is otherwise treated as an "annual addition," or (2) any amount otherwise treated as an "annual addition" under Code §415(l)(1).
Special Hazard Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, an amount equal to $5,477,967.00 minus the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of Special Hazard Losses allocated solely to the Class B Certificates in accordance with Section 4.02(a) and (ii) the Special Hazard Adjustment Amount (as defined below) as most recently calculated. For each anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the Special Hazard Adjustment Amount shall be calculated and shall be equal to the amount, if any, by which the amount calculated in accordance with the preceding sentence (without giving effect to the deduction of the Special Hazard Adjustment Amount for such anniversary) exceeds the greater of (A) the product of the Special Hazard Percentage for such anniversary multiplied by the outstanding principal balance of all the Mortgage Loans on the Distribution Date immediately preceding such anniversary, (B) twice the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loan in the Trust Estate which has the largest outstanding principal balance on the Distribution Date immediately preceding such anniversary and (C) that which is necessary to maintain the original ratings on the Certificates as evidenced by letters to that effect delivered by Rating Agencies to the Master Servicer and the Trust Administrator. On and after the Cross-Over Date, the Special Hazard Loss Amount shall be zero.
