Model Procedures definition

Model Procedures shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.8(c). ----------------

Examples of Model Procedures in a sentence

  • Any mediation of a Dispute under this Section shall be conducted by the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution ("CPR") in accordance with the then current CPR "Model Mediation Procedure for Business Disputes" ("Model Procedures") and the procedures specified in this Section to the extent that they conflict with, modify or add to such Model Procedures.
