Modeled Capacity Rating definition

Modeled Capacity Rating has the meaning set forth in Exhibit J-2.
Modeled Capacity Rating is the capacity of the modeled PV Plant at the reporting conditions (solution to the As-Built Modeled AEP regression fit equation). Seller shall submit the test results within 15 Business Days of the completion of the test. The reported results shall include: All measured performance data All As-Built Modeled AEP data corresponding to the test period The filtered datasets including filtering criteria selected The multiple regression coefficients for both the measured performance data and the As-Built Modeled AEP data The reporting condition values (ERC, TRC and VRC) The Actual Capacity Rating The Modeled Capacity Rating Actual Capacity Rating of the as-built system will be adjusted according to the difference between the As-Built Modeled AEP and the Guaranteed Modeled AEP, if the As-Built Modeled AEP has a lower total annual yield (in total MWhs) than the Guaranteed Modeled AEP yield (in total MWhs).
