Modification Method definition

Modification Method has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.
Modification Method has the meaning given to that term in subsection (e) above. “outstanding”, in the context of the principal amount of Securities, shall be determined in accordance with subsection (l) below.

Related to Modification Method

  • Minor modification means a modification that does not significantly alter the nongovernmental function or purpose of the software or is of the type customarily provided in the commercial marketplace.
