Modified Cell Line definition

Modified Cell Line means a ZFN Modified Cell Line or an Other Modified Cell Line.
Modified Cell Line means all derivatives of the Original Cell Line, whether modified or unmodified, including without limitation, fully or partially differentiated cell lines derived from the Original Cell Line.
Modified Cell Line has the meaning assigned to it in the Genentech Agreements.
