Modular units definition

Modular units means prefabricated units that are placed on piers or foundations. Modular units shall comply with the requirements of part 3 and part 4 of these rules.
Modular units means interim and permanent modular buildings, modular structures, mobile structures, office space and trailers, blast resistant modules, storage units and modified shipping containers, in each case used in the business of the Group Companies.
Modular units means a building assembly or system of building sub-assemblies, designed for habitation as a dwelling for one (1) or more persons, including the necessary electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating and other service systems, which is of closed or open construction and which is made or assembled by a manufacturer, on or off the building site, for installation, or assembly and installation, on the building site, attached to a permanent perimeter foundation which extend below the frost depth. This unit must display a yellow seal on the electrical panel box denoting approval by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Related to Modular units

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Core Units means such Units of the Trust that are issued to Core Investors with the condition that these are not redeemable for a period of two years from the close of the First Offer Period. Such Units are transferable with this condition, but otherwise shall rank pari passu with all other Units, save for this restriction. Any transfer of the Core Units, during the first two years of their issue as mentioned herein, shall be affected only on the receipt by the Registrar of a written acceptance of this condition by the transferee.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • LLC Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.
