Module Supply Agreement definition

Module Supply Agreement and “Module Supply Agreements” shall have the respective meanings given in Schedule 1.1B of this Agreement.
Module Supply Agreement means the Supply Contracts by and between Seller and the Module Supplier for the supply of modules for the Project, including the Contract for Sale of Modules substantially in the form mutually agreed upon by the Parties prior to procurement of the modules.}

Examples of Module Supply Agreement in a sentence

  • The Assigned Patents and the Multi-Use Patents (as defined in the License Agreement) constitute all of the patents owned by Seller that read on the manufacture, use and sale of Xonon Modules as sold by the Seller to KHI pursuant to the Xonon Module Supply Agreement referenced in clause (i) of Section 6.8 below.
